Repair Update:

100% of the mainline has been restored.
94% of the subscriber lines have been restored.

Progress will be slower as the majority of the remaining clients are isolated within their distribution boxes.

"Red LOS" indicates physical damage from the distribution box to the subscriber's premises.

Please be advised that during simultaneous clearing and restoration efforts, there is a possibility of incidental damage to lines.

We regret to inform you that most of the lines were severely damaged by the recent typhoon and are in need of full replacement. Our priority is the complete restoration of distribution boxes before we proceed to isolated concerns.

Full restoration of services is expected by the first week of December. Please be assured that our technical team is working diligently to restore the connection earlier than the projected date.
