KOA-Compostela Ministry

𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐬 𝐃𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐦 | After days of prayerful preparation, discernment, and careful selection, we have finally chosen the new leaders who will guide our ministry. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the grace of God, a leader has been entrusted with the responsibility of serving and leading our ministry forward.
May God bless our newly elected leader with wisdom, humility, strength, and a faithful heart to serve. Let us continue to support and pray for our leaders as they lead us in growing deeper in faith, unity, and service to the Church.

With heavy hearts, the entire ministry mourns the passing of Nanay Florence “Olin” Respicio, a beloved member of the Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) and a cherished part of our church family.
Nanay Olin was more than a dedicated servant of the Church; she was a mother, grandmother, and adviser to many of us in the ministry. Through her kindness, guidance, and support, she inspired countless altar servers to continue serving God faithfully. Her words of encouragement, wisdom, and care helped strengthen our faith and dedication to the ministry.
Her presence was a blessing to our parish, and her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those she guided and loved. Though we grieve her passing, we remain grateful for the life she shared with us and for the many lives she touched through her service and compassion.
May the Lord welcome Nanay Florence into His eternal kingdom and grant her everlasting peace. Let us continue to pray for the repose of her soul and for comfort and strength for her family during this difficult time.

Together as one community of faith, let us lift our prayers for our brothers and sisters in Mindanao affected by the recent earthquake. May God grant them strength in this difficult time, protect those in danger, comfort the frightened, and guide all rescue and relief efforts.
Let us unite in prayer, hope, and solidarity. May the Lord's healing presence bring peace, safety, and recovery to every family and community affected.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 1 | Earlier this evening, the Altar Server Ministry conducted a formal meeting in preparation for the upcoming selection of new leaders who will help guide and strengthen our ministry. Following the formal meeting, the outgoing President, together with Sem. Kurt, conducted the official nomination process through a Google Form. This initiative was carried out to ensure a fair, organized, and transparent selection of potential candidates for the ministry's leadership positions.
Through this process, members were given the opportunity to prayerfully nominate individuals whom they believe possess the qualities of faith, responsibility, humility, and commitment to service. The nominations gathered will serve as an important step in discerning future leaders who will continue to guide the Altar Server Ministry with dedication and zeal.
As the nomination process continues, we ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit upon all participants and nominees, that God's will may be reflected in every decision made for the good and growth of the ministry.

You were one of the witnesses to our growth, not only in the ministry but also in our faith. It hurts knowing that this will be the last year we will see you standing, but we will never forget the memories we built with you. Thank you for sheltering us from the heat whenever we knelt because of our mistakes in serving.
The whole ministry will never forget you. We will always remember that you stood there for more than 7 years and 8 months in front of us. I’m so happy that our ministry became one of the witnesses from building you until your demolition.

Your whole ministry is truly grateful for your life and vocation. We are always proud of you for answering God’s call with faith, humility, and courage.
