This announcement supersedes the earlier advisory. There will be no face-to-face classes today, June 10, 2026. In lieu of in-person classes, a blended or asynchronous learning modality shall be implemented.

π’ ANNOUNCEMENT | STE ADMISSION TEST 2026
Davao City National High School will be conducting the Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) Program Admission Test for applicants for the upcoming school year.
All registered applicants are advised to read the following information carefully.

IMPORTANT DATES
Phase 1 β Written Examination
π March 21, 2026 (Saturday)
Phase 2 β Second Examination & Interview
π March 28, 2026 (Saturday)
π Only applicants who pass Phase 1 will proceed to Phase 2 and the Interview.
β° TIME
Call Time: 8:00 AM sharp
Examination Time: 8:30 AM β 11:30 AM
Late examinees may not be accommodated.

An orientation for parents/guardians will be conducted on the same day:

β’ Proper casual attire
β’ No slippers or shorts
π REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must bring the following:
β’ Copy of Report Card (Grades for Quarter 1β3)
β’ Birth Certificate (PSA)
β’ School ID photo
πΆ WALK-IN APPLICANTS
Students who were not able to register online may still take the test as walk-in applicants.
However, they must bring all the required documents and arrive before 8:00 AM to complete on-site registration.
Applicants must also meet the following qualifications:
β’ Math, Science, and English average grade of 88 and above (Quarter 1β3)
β’ No grade below 85 in other subjects
π REMINDERS
β’ Bring 2 pencils, eraser, and sharpener
β’ Arrive on time
β’ Room assignments will be provided on-site during the call time
β’ Parents/Guardians are encouraged to accompany the applicant

'Green and Gold' continues to rise!
DAVAO MATH WHIZZES IN THAILAND
Students from Davao City brought pride to the Philippines after winning top honors at the Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO) Final Round 2025β2026, held at the Impact Challenger Hall in Meung Thong Thani, Bangkok from February 5 to 8, 2026.
TIMO is an annual international competition organized by the Olympiad Champion Education Center and the Thailand Mathematics Society. It is open to students from Kindergarten to Grade 13 and was participated in by delegates from 14 countries, including the Philippines.
