Synergy Academy

PTA Leaders are significant partners in every school. Hence, it is very vital that they are well informed of the DepEd policies and laws that guarantees their rights and serves as guidelines in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.

Atty. Orville dela Cerna, Synergy Academy's owner and lead trainer was invited by DepEd Cebu Province and the Division Federated PTA Officers in their PTA Convergence to discuss about the laws and policies important to PTA Operations

Every government institution, whether NGAs, GOCCs, SUCs and LUCs must have a Committee on Decorum and Investigation that handles and investigates sexual harassment cases. It is a mandate of RA 7877 and RA 11313 that each institution should be a safe space for its personnel and the conduct of awareness campaigns and activities in relation to the prevention of sexual harassment is a must.

Synergy Academy, through its lead facilitator, Carl Jhullian Laborte assisted by Red Canonigo and John Bryan Verdida conducted the team building activities for ALS teachers of DepEd-Division of Cebu Province.
