OSHDP Updates.

𝐎𝐒𝐇𝐃𝐏 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 | The OSHDP officers held a meeting with officials from Pag-IBIG Fund. The Pag-IBIG delegation was composed of CEO Malen Acosta, DCEO Alex Aguilar, DCEO Benjie Felix, Jr., SVP Jong Sta. Teresa, Jr., SVP Atty. Joseph Quiboloy, and VP Anthony Maglunsod.

The meeting focused on identifying areas where OSHDP can provide support to Pag-IBIG Fund and, likewise, on how Pag-IBIG can further assist OSHDP and its member-developers. Discussions centered on aligning programs, addressing common challenges in housing development and financing, and exploring opportunities for cooperation that would benefit both institutions.

The exchange of views resulted in a shared understanding of priorities and a commitment to adopt a more collaborative approach moving forward for the year 2026.
