1️⃣ How do you ship orders?
* We ship nationwide via J&T.
* If you’re within Cebu, we can also deliver via Maxim.

2️⃣ Do you offer same-day delivery?
* No, we do NOT offer same-day delivery.
* Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 2 days to allow sufficient time for processing and dispatch.

3️⃣ Do you allow meet-ups?
* Yes, we offer meet-ups at FLB Building (across Ayala Center Cebu, beside Ayala Terminal).
* Available from 9 AM to 3 PM on weekdays only.

4️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?
* We accept payments thru Gcash and Bank Transfer only, for delivery orders.
* Payment first basis – The shipping fee will be added to your total bill, and we will send a screenshot of the shipping rate computation for transparency.
* Cash payment is accepted for meet-ups.

5️⃣ Can I cancel my order?
* Strictly no cancellations once the order is confirmed.

7️⃣ How can I track my order?
* Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s status.

8️⃣ What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
* Please take a video of the item upon unboxing and contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.
