If you feel that you are lost in what you are doing right now always remember that you are not alone, you have your friends, your family, and you HAVE YOU!

Push your self beyond your limit but don't be harsh on your self.

How to assess if you need a healing or a break to refreshen your mind? Here's the tip coming from your PHSPH Fam!

Healing is a long term process, if you are in need of healing don't be shy to reach out your support system such as your family and friends.

While on the other hand refreshing is a short term process that you can achieve by taking a break of what you are currently doing.
