Proposal of One (1)-Storey Residential Building with Roof Deck, which includes a Sari-sari Store at the North-East side of the building and a long porch that catches the sunrise and allows natural air to pass through the living, dining, and kitchen areas, taking advantage of the tropical environment.

This house is designed to create a relaxing environment, bringing the comfort of rural life to the suburban area, with a balance of neutral and natural colors as well.
