Jesus made it clear that those who truly believe in Him will continue His work. As His followers, we are called to proclaim the Word of God, to serve others, to heal the sick, and to be instruments through whom God’s power is revealed. In this way, we become imitators of Christ—His ambassadors—faithfully carrying out the will of the Father.
This calling cannot be fulfilled by human strength alone. It requires the power of God. That is why we pray, ask, and depend on Jesus, trusting His promise: “Whatever you ask in My name, I will do it, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” He equips us with everything we need to nurture and advance His Kingdom, and He is faithful to respond when our requests align with His purpose.
Jesus even declared that those who believe in Him would do greater works—not because we are greater, but because we walk in the fullness of what God is doing through us. There is no fixed limit when a life is fully surrendered. To walk in this authority, we must live like Jesus, speak like Jesus, and allow our thoughts, character, and ways to be shaped by Him. We are to set our minds on heavenly things, remain obedient to the Father’s will, and live filled with the Holy Spirit.
When our lives are aligned with God, our prayers reflect His heart. And in that alignment, when we ask, He answers—because everything we seek is ultimately for His glory.

What sets a Christian apart is not status or strength, but the presence of the Lord. Where God dwells, His blessing follows. A believer lives in daily dependence on Him, walking a life set apart—guarded by His protection and sustained by His faithful provision.

In this generation, success is often measured by wealth, status, and what people display on social media. Many devote their lives to gaining these things, believing they are treasures that will bring happiness and define their worth. Yet Scripture asks, “What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?” (Matthew 16:26; Mark 8:36).
In the pursuit of worldly success, people lose their lives—spending their time, strength, and even their health just to impress others. But the Word of God reminds us that “Vanity of vanities… all is vanity” (Ecclesiastes 1:2). Praise is temporary, achievements fade, and sooner or later someone else will take our place.
Jesus warned us not to store up treasures on earth, where everything passes away, but to store up treasures in heaven, which last forever (Matthew 6:19–21). Only what is done for God has eternal value; everything else will eventually fade away.
