October 16, 2025 โ€” Fashion for Cause was held at E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. an event that blended creativity, sustainability, and advocacy. The show aimed to bring the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to life through fashion, as Grade 12 students showcased innovative designs made from eco-friendly and recycled materials. Each masterpiece not only displayed style and artistry but also carried a powerful message of environmental awareness and social responsibility.

The event was hosted by the dynamic Masters of Ceremony, John Lloyd Gamboa and Don Jayruz Toraleza, who kept the crowd engaged and entertained throughout the program. Adding flair and elegance to the event were the distinguished judges Sir John Fiel Mendoza, Maโ€™am Estefania Torres, and Maโ€™am Jamielyn Caviente whose keen eyes for creativity and purpose helped select the standout designs of the day.

One of the highlights of the afternoon was the special dance performance by EZFI District Dance Sport Representatives, Don Jayruz Toraleza and Janelle Solibaga, who captivated the audience with their graceful movements and energetic choreography. Along with Ronniel Mark Zara, who dedicated a heartfelt song performance for the event, the moment filled the venue with emotion and appreciation.

Afterward, the long-awaited presentation of the masterpieces inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) lit up the stage with a burst of creativity and purpose. Models from various sections showcased extravagant and imaginative costumes, each meticulously designed and crafted by their fellow students. Every piece embodied the essence and message of its respective SDG, transforming recycled materials into powerful symbols of sustainability. Beyond the artistry of the designs, the modelsโ€™ charm, poise, and confidence brought each creation to life โ€” making the runway not just a showcase of fashion, but a celebration of advocacy and awareness.

The event concluded with a series of awards recognizing creativity, confidence, and purpose on the runway. Chaidhie Buenaventura and Marian Alvarez earned the Best in Production Number awards for the male and female categories, respectively. The Peopleโ€™s Choice Awards were then presented to Frankie Atienza and Auljosh Romero, celebrating their charisma and audience appeal.

October 10, 2025 โ€” The E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. Social Hall echoed with excitement as representatives from various colleges and universities gathered to promote their institutions and encourage graduating Senior High School students to consider them as their future academic homes.

The event began with an invocation led by Ms. Marinella Reyes, who prayed for guidance and the successful ex*****on of the program. This was followed by a welcoming message from Maโ€™am Jamielyn Caviente, who delivered the remarks of the school head, Dr. Rommel S. Peรฑaranda. Mr. Rafael from WCC, the host of the event, then introduced each participating school one by one with great enthusiasm.

As part of the United School Marketers and Admission of the Philippines (USMA PH), various colleges and universities โ€” including Southville International School, MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy, De La Salle Lipa, Technological Institute of the Philippines, St. Paul University Manila, Asian Institute of Maritime Studies Manila, University of Santo Tomas, and WCC Aeronautical and Technological College โ€” visited E. Zobel Foundation, Inc.

From the brief history of each school, available facilities, extracurricular activities, offered courses, and scholarships to their application processes, the school representatives successfully presented all the essential information needed when applying to their respective colleges. In a short span of time, they introduced their universities, highlighting each institutionโ€™s unique features and specialties while encouraging students to become part of their academic community.

The event concluded with a raffle promo, where students received various merchandise from the participating schools. As it came to an end, a certificate of appreciation was awarded to E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. for its warm hospitality and support in hosting the activity.

As the Senior High School journey slowly comes to an end, students are taking their remaining time to consider and choose the universities where they will continue their education. The featured college universities, offered programs, and available scholarships greatly contributed to each studentโ€™s decision-making.

The organized event was not just a talk about the future plans โ€” it was a gateway to new opportunities and another path that could lead students toward something better.

October 10, 2025 โ€” Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet itโ€™s often overlooked. The world comes together as we celebrate the World Mental Health Day, raising awareness of mental health issues and promoting a positive and healthy mental well-being.

Through a Mental Health Booth that was superheaded by the schoolโ€™s guidance counselor, Maโ€™am Jamielyn Caviente, it offered the students of E. Zobel Foundation Inc. a safe, welcoming space to learn, reflect, and engage in activities that support mental well-being such as: Wall of positivity โ€” where students write simple and encouraging words. Breathing wand โ€” where students practice mindful breathing in a creative and fun way. Worry jar โ€” which helps the students release their negative feelings, and affirmation stickers โ€” which can help students through comforting thoughts that can help them go on and keep thriving.

As the day came to a close, the booth reminded everyone that mental health matters. With every kind word, deep breath, and shared moment, students took a step toward healing, hope, and a healthier mind.
