To beat the heat of the summer, we will be having our FREE SWIMMING LESSONS in partnership with Bert Lozada Swimming School for your kids ages 4-17 years old that will take place at Paseo de San Roque Village Phase 2 Clubhouse and Swimming Pool just located along Cagayan Valley Road, Brgy. San Roque, San Rafael, Bulacan starting on April 17!

WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN?
• This is exclusive for Paseo 1 Homeowners and Paseo 2 Buyers only.
• Must be a son/daughter of Paseo 1 Homeowner and/or Paseo 2 Buyer.
• Must be 4-17 years old.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Signed Registration Form
• 2pcs. 2x2 ID Picture
• Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Waiver Form
- If the parent is an OFW, scanned waiver form with signature of parent must be submitted thru email at [email protected] and;
- If the legal guardian will sign the waiver form, Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from parent of the participant must be attached in the waiver form upon submission.

LIMITED SLOTS ONLY SO IT'S A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
• We provide 1 slot per Paseo 1 Homeowner and/or Paseo 2 Buyer only.

REGISTRATION STARTS ON TUESDAY, APRIL 3, 2018 | 1:00PM AT PASEO DE SAN ROQUE VILLAGE PHASE 2 CLUBHOUSE.
