Happy to share these feedback from a new client who is now on his second week of individualized diet plan.
Take note the term ‘individualized’ meaning hindi po general, dahil unique po ang bawat isa sa atin.
Wala pong ‘one size fits all’ sa diet, kaya please refrain from following a certain diet seen online just because you saw drastic and appealing results.
We are aiming for gradual improvement which is sustainable, not the ‘too good to be true’ show. 🙂
