RCC Annual Pamaskong Handog 2025, spearheaded by the Community Extension Service Office (CESO) in partnership with the Kambal Auto Supply, RCC Supreme Student Council (SSC), Graduate School Student Council (GSSC), Department Student Councils (DSCs), RCC High School Dept., RCC Elementary Dept., RCC San Fernando Campus, YCSC, Teachers, Employees, and other stakeholders capped the year 2025 with generosity through the giving of Noche Buena Package to Ayta families, maintenance personnel, and security guards on December 19, 2025.
