With respect to Ipatas & Chan, the rest are still clueless. Provincial Governments are given 100s of millions every year but there seem to be no economic empowerment and spinoffs at the districts and provinces. All monies go to infrastructure (appointed contractors only) and running of the Provincial Administration with all those ghost employees. Groundbreaking ceremonies here and there donating vehicles here and there, and so forth. Nothing really impacts the lives of the ordinary people, only few people benefit.

I see Agriculture has a massive potential to boost micro economies at district levels and the country's economy as a whole. East Sepik has proven that. Our oil and gas will run dry someday, it's time to heavily invest in Agriculture. K250 million/year revenue is just unbelievable but possible. To make it even sweet, that money went straight to the people, the hardworking farmers.
