Turning outward as the sun shines bright, I tune into the energy that is alway here, and I dance. Being in my natural flow is a state of dancing with what is present, slowly allowing, noticing what is already happening. When I open to this space of allowing, I realize I am often already in alignment with the moon, my body, and healing energy. It humbled me each time to feel this deep wisdom so gracefully emerge with no effort.
