We are hiring Bike and Car Drivers for delivery services.

💰 Earnings (MG Based – Fixed)

OMR 0.400 per hour (MG Fixed)

OMR 0.500 per order

12 hours duty per day

🚴‍♂ HIRING DELIVERY RIDERS – MG BASED

📍 Zones Available:
Qurum, Ruwi, Azaiba (North & South), Al Khuwair, Mawaleh, Mabelah, Seeb

🕒 Shift Timings:
08:00 AM – 04:00 PM & 07:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(Total working hours: 12 hrs)

💰 Minimum Guarantee (MG):
OMR 7.000 for 10 Orders

⚙ Criteria & Payment Policy:
1️⃣ Rider must be logged in for the full 12-hour shift.
2️⃣ Orders will be assigned by the KD team — rider must complete all assigned orders.
3️⃣ If fewer than 10 orders are provided, we will compensate the balance and pay the full MG amount (OMR 7.000).

📊 Example Calculation:
If a rider completes 7 orders and rejects 2 orders, and the 10th order was not provided by the KD team:
➡ Pay = (7 × 0.700) + (1 × 0.700) = OMR 5.600
