AN UPDATE FROM LEVAIN

Levain will be reopening Friday 12th

I want to acknowledge that our earlier communication about Levain’s closure was not as clear and transparent as it should have been, and for that, I sincerely apologise.

Auckland Council directed Levain to cease operations after pest activity was identified on the premises. We accepted that decision and took immediate steps to address the issue, including professional pest-control treatments, deep cleaning, remedial works, and strengthening our pest-management systems.

Levain has since met all council requirements and has been issued an A grade.

I sincerely thank our customers, staff, friends, family, and supporters for their patience and heartfelt messages.

We understand that trust is earned.

Our focus now is to demonstrate through our actions every day that we have addressed these issues properly and are committed to maintaining the standards our customers expect.
