New parents...

We are currently taking bookings for our Space group starting in July 2026 for babies born April 2026 - June 2026. The Space group starts on Friday July 24th and runs from 12 - 2pm.

The group is based in Pukekohe and meets in the hall at Pukekohe Anglican Church, 43 Queen Street, Pukekohe.
Learn, play and grow with your baby. Make connections with other parents and babies of a similar age.

(If you have an older baby aged between 4 - 10 months, please message as we also have some availability in our existing groups on different days and times).

Space supports you and your baby throughout your first year, while you build great relationships with other parents. It's aimed at first time parents but second or more time parents are also welcome.
Together with your little one, you’ll meet weekly over 3 terms (ie 30 weeks) to explore parenting and your baby’s development as you discover what works for your family in a safe, facilitated environment.

As well as discussion topics such as sleep, attachment and brain development, you’ll enjoy music, books and play experiences while getting to know the other families in your group.

There is an initial $50 enrolment fee for Parenting Place when you complete the online enrolment form and a $20 donation per term that goes to Pukekohe Community Action (PCA) who run the course (or a gold coin donation when you can). Payment options are also available for holders of a community services card.
