[CHRONIC PAIN CASE STUDY] Shared with Permission

I have been working with John, 47, for the past 3 months. He came to me 6 years after a lower-back spinal fusion surgery. He was in intense daily pain.

We have managed to get him from 9.5/10 regular pain, to a 1-2/10 regular pain through some simple changes we made over the past 3 months 👇

He had been prescribed tramadol, codeine, paracetamol, and a few different anti-inflammatories over the years. The tramadol did stop his pain, but made him very dizzy and drowsy, so he had to stop taking it. He felt the other medications were not helping him. He was currently on codeine, and was desperate for relief.
