“Change starts before the mind”
Most people are taught that change starts with the mind.
“Think differently. Choose differently. Be more positive.”

But in my experience, real change often starts before the mind catches up.

Long before we have a new thought, our energy has already shifted.
Our body feels a tiny bit safer, our field feels a tiny bit clearer… and then new thoughts and choices become available.

This is why I work with the energy first – not because mindset doesn’t matter, but because it’s easier for the mind to change when the field it’s sitting in is less chaotic.

You don’t have to force yourself to “be positive”.
You can start by gently changing the environment your thoughts are growing in.

(If you’ve ever had a moment where nothing externally changed, but suddenly you could see your life differently, you’ve already felt this.)
