Each lesson is broken down step by step. Shantelle demonstrates first, then guides the client to recreate each stage themselves. The session typically includes skin prep for a smooth base, foundation matching and blending techniques, concealer placement for lift and brightness, and contouring and blush application tailored to the face.

Eye makeup is a key focus, with Shantelle showing how to build and blend eyeshadow properly, create definition without harsh lines, and choose tones that enhance natural features.
