This small buildings project started over a cup of tea between Graham & Steve. A passionate cup of tea in some comfy lounge chairs, & a bunch of ideas about how we can create little buildings. The original idea to develop permanent small buildings came from a think tank discussion with a large group of teenagers, who wanted to feel that is is achievable to have their own place to call home.

Really, what I have been doing is learning about how to create a space using new & reused [building] materials, & by joining together with friends & family.
Bang together something that is a legitimate, totally artistically beautiful, well built structure, that can stay on the land for 50 - 80 - 100 years.
