Big day today at the Scholarship Shootout with

Started with a timed run, into a watt bike test, then a coached session in the Toyota 86 followed by a solo run to push lap times and review data, finishing up with interviews, definitely a full on day.

Learnt heaps and took a lot away from the experience. It all came down to points across every area which made it super competitive.

I tried my absolute hardest and got some good results in the run and bike fitness test, and I also had the same lap time as the fastest guys. which I’m really proud of, competing against drivers with 3+ years of experience on me! Massive congrats to Taylor Mitchell on taking the win, and Cooper Cooley coming second and picking up tyres for the series, you both did an awesome job!

A bit gutted not to take the top spot, but I’ll be working hard for the next opportunity 👊

It’s race week for round 2 of the BMW Race Driver Series endurance championship! I am looking forward to getting back in the car for some more quality seat time and I love enduro races so should be fun! It is a one day event with qualifying at 12pm and then the 1 hour race later in the arvo, come down and check it out!
