Kaylas Cart Rides

We had an awesome weekend at the show. Nugget made so many new friends and we saw lots of the friends that he has made over the year. Looking forward to going next year too.

On Saturday we went out to Patutahi and helped out with the willowsong fundraiser. Everyone there was so lovely and Nugget enjoyed being surrounded by happy, cheerful kids again. I think it is safe to say that we are looking forward to being at the show and having some more fun.

Nugget is on box rest (again) with a suspected sprain. I swear he is more accident prone than me and is always on box rest when the weather is terrible. He is doing better and we hope that he can be put back out on pasture again soon. Just a reminder to anyone who has horses, this rainy weather makes hill country slippery. Check on your horses regularly and make sure they are happy and healthy with no injuries

It is getting far colder at night time now. Nugget gets to wear his pajamas again. He is enjoying being nice and cosy with his sheep friends.

Nugget is starting the new year with time away from all the rich grass. Now that Nuggets hooves have been trimmed he is happy and healthy ready to get back to work. He is enjoying the warm weather and going swimming in the pond. Hope everyone enjoyed their holidays.

This year has been a great year for the Kaylas Cart Rides community. We have had lots of fun and met some great people. Nuggets has had some great new experiences and made lots of new friends. Here are some of the fun things we did the year. Hapy New Year from Kayla and Nugget.

Today we went to a great rugby break up and we had such a nice time. Nugget did really well in the heat and handling everything that was going on around him.

Yesterday we had an awesome time at the Te Putake Whakatupuranga Kohanga Reo. We had nice warm weather and had lots of fun with the kids. Nugget loved getting cuddles and kisses from all the kids. One little boy really took a liking to sitting in the cart being lead around like a king.

Awesome show weekend everyone. We had a busy day today and we hope everyone enjoyed all that the A and P show had to offer. Hope to see you all again next year. 🤩🤩🤩🐴🐴🐴

We are all looking forward to the start of show weekend tommorow. We hope to catch up with some of Nuggets friends that he has met over the year. Hopefully we get some nice warm weather.😁😁🐴🐴🐴
