I adore Pisces season and spending as much time in nature and near the ocean as possible. The end of summer in the southern hemisphere, the end of the zodiac cycle and coming into the end of the financial year. A time to reflect, to pause, to exhale. I’m so proud and grateful to all the amazing people I get to meet through my business. I love nurturing people’s dreams and visions, helping to incubate what they hold dear to their heart before launching into the world. So much of what I do feels hidden for quite some time until it’s not. Like coming out of a cave into the sunlight to greet the dawn of the day. So much happens in this gestational period of building brands and websites. Growing the roots deep into the earth to allow for healthy branches to grow up into the light. ✨✨✨

I think Friday is my most favourite day of the week. Not because I have some crazy cool social life (far from it these days being a Mum of a 21 month year old) but I find that at the end of the typical working week people are generally in a good mood looking forward to the weekend. There is a sense of satisfaction and upliftment in the air and it feels like a big exhale after a lot of activity.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Rounding off the end of the month has seen an influx of enquiries and new jobs get approved. I have got the go ahead to do a website for wedding photographer, a website, premium branding package, conceptual imagery and photoshoot for an alchemist of the soul who I've been working with in my Conception Container the past 2 months.

I've also been in discussions with one of my financial adviser clients about their new website, drafted up a concept for their homepage implementing the new branding I've done for them and designed up some very cool email signatures (yes that can be a thing), completed an EDM for my interior design client, some digital ads for a property management company, received a referral to support someone wishing to build a brand around his group work for men, organised a branding photoshoot for next week and been in discussions with a new client wishing to do an intimate brand shoot in a bathtub covered in flowers!

Projects are always varied and I love that. No week is ever the same around here that's for sure!

So I'm heading into a very busy time here at Luminova and feeling happy about that after a much more quieter than normal Winter and reminding myself how business has its seasons and cycles too.
