The soil may be dark, but that’s where the real work happens.
When life feels still, the roots are growing.

There will be seasons where you feel ahead, and seasons where you feel like you’re starting over. Both are part of the process. Growth isn’t linear—it’s layered.
So restart when you need to.
Reset when things feel heavy.
Refocus when distractions pull you away from your truth.
Do it once. Do it ten times. Do it as many times as it takes.
There’s no failure in beginning again—only wisdom.
Progress doesn’t always look loud or fast. Sometimes it looks like choosing yourself quietly, again and again, even when no one is watching.
Just don’t give up on yourself.
Because every reset is proof that you still believe in what’s possible.

The smell of nasi goreng takes me home, even when I’m far away.
Missing home today, so I cooked it into my lunch and my girls loved it 🥰

I don’t say I can’t. I say I haven’t done it yet—and I’m learning ☺️
Every skill was once an “I haven’t done it yet.” 🙏🏻
Progress begins the moment you replace can’t with yet.🫶🏻

Your 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒆𝒕 is your greatest 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕. In 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, in 𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒅, and in the 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆 you’re quietly 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 every day 🌸
Quiet moments on the neighbourhood park bench while the girls laugh, swing, spin, and play - hide and seek nearby 🌸

Today, I choose patience over 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆.
Progress over perfection.
Presence with my kids and consistency in my 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔.
Some days, my 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 happens between school runs, dinner prep, and late-night quiet when the house finally sleeps. Some days, it looks like choosing rest instead of burnout—because a regulated mom 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒔 a 𝒔𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆.
I’m not chasing overnight 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔.
I’m 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 a 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆 where my children see what commitment looks like, where 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒐𝒎 is created one aligned decision at a time, and where 𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 doesn’t require me to disappear from my own life.
Every small action today—𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 up, believing, trying again—is planting seeds for a calmer, freer tomorrow.
This is mom 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆.
This is 𝒅𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔.
This is choosing the 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 I want. 🌸🌺

A box of cherries 🍒 my youngest’s absolute favourite — gone in a day, every single time. ❤️
