It took me a while to realise being a dad, entrepreneur & husband/partner is all the same thing
Ultimately the characteristics of these 3 figures/models will dictate how great we can lead
As that is what we are as dads, entrepreneurs and husbands/partnersā we are leaders!
It is crucial to have a great understanding of the characteristic you uphold and set as an example for the people who watch and come after you
