Im making my sons birthday cake, and I thought I would look back on my kids birthday cakes so far... I think I have come a long way! James is my eldest, where this all began. Nathan is 5 yrs younger.

Eskimo/Husky cake for a 9th birthday Arctic Party. Caramel cake with salted caramel filling, fondant, white chocolate drip, hand crafted sled, Eskimo girl, and husky out of modelling paste With Toffee shard icicles. Happy Birthday Eden!

This was made for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary. Red for their ruby anniversary. We had a wonderful celebration at McHugh’s Of Cheltenham. Hand painted chocolate cake with gold modelling chocolate flower.

This cake is for a Fire service graduate. Congratulations! It is chocolate torted with dark chocolate ganache. Covered in fondant and a hand crafted modeling paste fire truck. Flames are airbrushed and hand painted Modelling paste.

Fortnite cake for my sons 10th birthday! Edible image and modelling chocolate. A bit of airbrushing too!
