Well well, first time in this event: and with only 2 month of training + Xmas and New Years in between, we done a great job! Thanks for pushing me to do it!!

As human we evolve following nature, specially the day and the night and so our bodies and brain were adapting to this changed between light and darkness! It took millions of years to get out biology to follow this rhythm and it seems that modem life is not doing us a favor in this term!
The rhythm that can change your life is called Circadian Rhythm. The more you understand it and follow it the better will be your health!

Today we relax the cardio a bit (but no top much and focus in upper body and core strength training, chest, biceps, core a few legs drills all in 1 hour session!

Finisher: VO2 Max in 20 minutes on the stationary bike!

1 x 1 min @450+ watts
1 x 1 min easy rest
Repeat 10 times
Surprisingly the heart rate wasn’t too high!

Monday is the hardest day, always! After a good day rest (Sunday) coming back to train is always hard, but this one it was done and dusted!

Hyrox Session!
8x 400m run @ 4:30 pace
8 x hyrox stations
Finish with 30 minutes intervals:
1m zone 5 Skierg
12 burpee box jump,
2:30 zone 3 rowing
40 m lunges (20kg sand bag)
12 pull ups
12 press clean 20 kg
Repeat twice (this was a killer)

Total of 70 minutes!
