Kasuma Kitchen

We are heading home to Indonesia next month and after a very long considerations, we are deciding to take an extended break and to pause from making the chilli oil that we love so dearly. This decision has been very hard to make and it breaks my heart writing this.

This year has started very full on continuing on a very busy end of 2024 in our professional and personal lives. The amount of late nights to cook up batches of chilli oils felt longer and days gets harder. To prioritise the well-being of me & my family something’s gonna be put on the back burner. I also wish that I could have spent a bit more time and effort on this but unfortunately this is not the case. 

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, the support, kind words & encouragement from all of you reading this. 
This started as a passion project in our home kitchen which has brought so much joy and spice into people’s kitchens and homes. Which is why we started this journey to begin with. 

Maybe one day we will be able to reach more and spread more joy and spices around.
