Kathmandu, 26 February (2023) - Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal, is leaving here for Switzerland to attend the 52nd regular session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). The Minister is leading the Nepali delegation to the event taking place from February 27 to March 31 in Geneva.
