Mid-Western University (MU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Surkhet, has officially announced the Online Application Form for the 4th Convocation Ceremony (2026).

📅 Convocation Date: May 19, 2026
🗓️ Form Deadline: May 3, 2026 (5:00 PM)

📌 Who Can Apply?

Students who completed their degrees between:
👉 Feb 13, 2025 – April 27, 2026

📄 Required Documents:

• Passport-size photo (MRP size)
• Citizenship certificate / Passport
• Transcript (issued by MU)
• Bank voucher of fee payment

💰 Convocation Fees:

🎓 Bachelor: NPR 4,500
🎓 Master: NPR 5,500
🎓 MPhil: NPR 6,750
🎓 PhD: NPR 7,500

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Applications are accepted online only
• No offline/physical submission will be accepted
• Documents must be uploaded in PDF (max 25 MB)
• Hard copy submission deadline: May 6, 2026 (5 PM)
