Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
👉 2+ years of professional experience with MERN stack
👉 Strong skills in Node. js, Express. js, Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, React Native etc
👉 Experience in eCommerce platforms, CRMs, and dynamic web apps
👉 Strong knowledge of MongoDB and database design
👉 Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and deployment workflows
👉 Experience with payment gateway and third-party integrations
👉 Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently
👉 Write clean, reusable, and optimized code
👉 Debug, test, and troubleshoot across various devices and platforms
👉 Deliver projects on tight timelines—must be a fast and efficient worker

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
👉 Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Firebase
👉 Knowledge of SEO best practices for frontend development
👉 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization
