WE’RE HIRING: PROGRAMME MANAGER

Power Shift Nepal and ERST are looking for a passionate, responsible, and motivated Programme Manager to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•⁠ ⁠Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor, and evaluate programmes, trainings, workshops, campaigns, consultations, and events
•⁠ ⁠Oversee day-to-day programme ex*****on and ensure activities meet organizational objectives
•⁠ ⁠Support programme documentation, concept note development, report writing, and related communication materials
•⁠ ⁠Conduct stakeholder communication, outreach, and partnership coordination
•⁠ ⁠Facilitate and support trainings, workshops, and learning sessions conducted by ERST and Power Shift Nepal
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Chairperson, and team members to ensure smooth programme implementation
•⁠ ⁠Maintain regular and professional communication with networks, partners, clients, and collaborators
•⁠ ⁠Support advocacy initiatives, campaigns, consultations, and research-related activities
•⁠ ⁠Support organizational visibility and outreach through networking and communication efforts
• Experience supporting outreach initiatives and product sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
•⁠ ⁠Experience in report writing, documentation, concept development, and content writing
•⁠ ⁠Ability to facilitate trainings, workshops, and group learning sessions
•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and take initiative
