Mr. Azziz Bhatti is working in one of the top luxuries Dum Pukht Restaurant in PC Hotel, Lahore. He is very experienced in KPK Region BBQ and Dumpuhkt cuisine, curries and karahi. He has been working in PC Hotel Hashoo group almost 10 years.

Mr. Ummer Hayat (Tandoor Chi – Bread man) is working in PC Hotel, Lahore as Bread man. He worked almost 15 years in local market in Lahore. He has full knowledge of different kinds of Bread making experience like Kulcha / Naan / Roti / Chapati / Paratha . He has also been nominated for Bread Man Chef Community in Lahore.
