We're excited to have Sajal Raj Joshi mentoring participants throughout the hackathon.
Sajal brings over 5+ years of experience building end-to-end AI/ML solutions, ranging from GenAI multi-agent systems to forecasting engines and business intelligence dashboards. His work spans across Nepal, the Netherlands, and Australia, giving him a diverse global perspective on applying AI to real-world problems.
He is passionate about designing intelligent, scalable systems that create measurable impact across industries. With his strong expertise in AI/ML and product-driven problem solving, Sajal will guide participants in transforming ideas into practical, data-driven solutions.

🚀 Meet Our Mentor for the Hacking for Carbon Neutral Future Hackathon!
We're excited to have Habish Dhakal mentoring participants throughout the hackathon.
Habish Dhakal is a Data and Research Scientist at SecurityPal with almost 4 years of experience in NLP, AI/ML, and statistical analysis. He holds a Master of Research in Marine Plastic Abatement from the Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand), with research on behavioral factors in plastic waste segregation, system dynamic modeling of plastic levels in Sri Lanka using Vensim, and blockchain-based circular economy initiatives in Bangkok. His published work covers spectral analysis of transformers, grokking phase transitions, and epidemic-belief systems on multiplex networks.
Previously directed a 20-person team building the COVID-19 portal and Hamro Swasthya app for Nepal's Ministry of Health and Population. He has also served as faculty at Westminster College and Cosmos College teaching AI, research fundamentals, and information systems.
He earned an MSc in Software Engineering from Federation University Australia and a BE in Information Technology from Pokhara University. He is also a recipient of the Japan Government Scholarship and the Fed Ignite Scholarship. His mentoring domains include AI/ML, Data Science, Research & Innovation, and Climate Technology.
