This is an orthodontic relapse case with poor oral hygiene and poor periodontal condition who refuses to undergo retreatment with braces due to burden of difficulty to maintain good oral hygiene with improper brushing and restriction in food habits. This case was treated with clear aligner. Though challenging, but with proper force system and correct biomechanics we could achieve acceptable occlusion with the use of 25 sets of aligners.
