Our FREE Acrylic Workshop has officially come to an end after two inspiring weeks of creativity and learning last April 27–30 and May 4–7.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽! 🎨

Mr. Emmanuel J. Salanda is a self-taught artist from Tayabas City who discovered his passion for drawing at the age of seven, specializing in portraits and landscapes. Despite having no access to formal training and facing financial challenges that limited his education to high school, he honed his craft through observation, guidance from fellow artists, and continuous practice.

His artistic journey began professionally while working as a hospital janitor, where his talent was recognized after creating a landscape painting—eventually leading to multiple commissioned works displayed throughout the hospital. This breakthrough led to wider recognition, with his artworks reaching collectors in Australia, the United States, London, and beyond, as well as being featured in local restaurants and hotels.

In 2010, he was honored with the “Alagad ng Sining ng Quezon” award and has since participated in various exhibitions and national competitions, including the GSIS National Art Competition. Currently, he serves as President of the Tayabense Artists Group, mentoring aspiring artists through workshops and community programs, while continuing his work as a full-time artist and developing his own gallery in 141 Rosal St., Brgy. Lita Phase 1, Tayabas City.
