You may have an idea you are exploring. You may already have a business and need support to develop it further. You may be trying to understand what building a business or career in Norway could look like for you.

KRAFT is designed to give you practical knowledge, relevant connections and support to move forward with greater clarity.

Participants will receive:
- Two weeks of hands-on training (June 15 - June 26 at Lillestrøm)
- Practical learning on business planning, branding and communication, sales, pitching, AI tools and more
- Five months of group mentoring
- An opportunity to present their idea at a final Pitch Day

The programme is open to all backgrounds, with people from immigrant and minority communities strongly encouraged to apply.

The training takes place in person in Lillestrøm from 15–26 June 2026.

We are glad to welcome Martin Sundberg, CEO of Wrixit, as a speaker at (UN)WELL.

Martin is a father of three, husband, company founder, and business leader who has spent much of his career building companies and guiding people through growth and change. He has worked across startups and hyper-growth scaleups, played a key role in the growth journey at LINK Mobility, and developed broad leadership experience across technology, operations, sales, customer success, and product development.

His leadership is people-focused and rooted in integrity, with a strong emphasis on connecting strategy, systems, and teams in ways that create real value.

At (UN)WELL, Martin joins us for a more personal and honest conversation — about mental health, the realities we carry behind the roles we perform, and what it means to navigate life, leadership, and responsibility as a whole human being.

(Un)well is a gathering for anyone navigating mental health while still having to show up to their life. For the person carrying grief into work because grief does not wait for a convenient time. For the person managing anxiety so quietly that nobody around them even knows. For the person who has been running on empty. For the man who has never really had a space to talk about any of this. For the woman who is holding everyone else together while her own foundation quietly cracks.

This is a space to stop performing. To be honest. To hear from people who are living it too and finding their way through, not perfectly, not linearly, but genuinely.
