Whiner Tutter

Whiner is Tutter's relative who appeared in the Bear in the Big Blue House episode "The Tutter Family Reunion," among many other relatives. Whiner is one of the Tutter Holler Tutters, along with Shouter, Jitter, and Jim. Fittingly, when he is seen entering The Big Blue House, he complains, "Oh, are we there yet?"
