"Help me"
For so long I've hoped for someone to come and save me from my suffering, from my situations, from myself. To give me the light and help me feeling less lost, lonely less anxious.

I've felt seeing this savior in a lot of persons in my life: partner, friends. But guess what?

No one is going to save you. No one is coming for you. No one will solve all your problems. No one is coming to give you the light you look for.

Because you are your own savior. You are your own hero of your own story. You are your own best friend. You've always been there for yourself in all of the darkest moments and you'll always be.

Everyone has their own journey and it's no one else's responsability to save you, it's fully yours (powerful right? You have so much power!). Even if it's totally okay to have people support you in this path (and therapist).

You are not alone in this 💚

I'm still understanding all of this but I love to imagine myself dressed like with a golden armor and wings to come cuddle me and reassure me when I need it and it always helps 🌿
