Snivelly

Snivelly, also known as Dripsnout Frackle, was a green monster with black hair, angry eyes, and bird feet. He was one of six of Cosmo Scam's henchmen to masquerade as one of Santa's elves in The Great Santa Claus Switch, where he replaced Zippity. Snivelly was rebuilt with sadder eyes and without feet as Droop for The Muppets Valentine Show and subsequent productions.
