Job Title: Team leader for Beheer & Onderhoud department at Eteck
We are looking for a Team Leader for our Beheer & Onderhoud department. Our highly motivated team works daily to ensure the technical reliability of our installations (assets) and aims for zero issues. As the Team Leader, you will contribute to achieving our goal of zero faults and interruptions.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching, supervising, planning, and coordinating the work of the Control Room and Inspectors. You will constantly examine whether the processes we have in place are functioning optimally, and if necessary, optimize them. Additionally, you will be responsible for the quality of the maintenance work performed by our maintenance parties.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Providing direction and structuring the Beheer & Onderhoud department (Eteck vision/annual plan/process optimization/work meetings/work distribution)
* Actively managing collaboration and knowledge transfer within the team
* Structuring and optimizing the remote monitoring and inspection process (developing and optimizing work processes and ensuring they are followed)
* Responsible for operational meetings with maintenance parties, including scheduling, coordinating, chairing, and monitoring the implementation of agreements (plan-do-check-act)
* Monitoring and updating the Building Management Systems and ensuring quality control
* Monitoring and maintaining internal and external service levels
* Proposing improvement initiatives
* Coordinating and planning staffing (Control Room and back-up)
* Preparing management reports (for department head)
* Monitoring hours and managing overtime/vacations/sick leave, etc.
* Serving as a sparring partner for the Beheer & Onderhoud manager
Requirements:
* HBO-level education or equivalent
* Strong conceptual and analytical skills
* At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
* Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes (LEAN/Six Sigma/etc.)
* Knowledge of and experience with technical or operational organizations, processes, and ICT systems

We are expanding and looking for a new HR Employee to join our small but mighty team consisting of an HRBP, HR Employee, and HR Manager, with external support from a recruiter and salary specialist. As an HR Employee, you'll support the team and be a source of information for managers and employees.
