HypnoBirthing Childbirth preparation will cover everything you need to know about Physiology, neuro-endocrine transition of labor & birth, Pain associated with Childbirth and how to manage Pain with Hypnotherapy tools and Pain relief possibilities, Water Birth, What if birth becomes medical, Surgical birth and how you and your partner can prepare for whatever turn the birthing takes.
These classes will give you Hands-On Practice with Simulated exercises for breathing techniques and positions. You will also have plenty of opportunities to share experiences and concerns with other expectant parents. You will have more opportunities to ask questions and get more information that will help you formulate what you would like for your labor and birth.
