❗Gyms and studios are actually higher-risk spaces when it comes to heart emergencies.
👉People are pushing their limits, heart rate is elevated and the heart is under more stress than at rest.
Having an AED on-site shows real responsibility and helps people feel they can trust both you and the environment.
❤️🩹An AED can help restart the heart if it suddenly goes into a dangerous rhythm. It allows you to take action instead of panicking or waiting for help to arrive. It guides you step by step and will only deliver a shock if it’s needed.
Having one nearby can be the difference between life and death.
Prepared spaces save lives 🤍

💔 A “broken heart” can affect your actual heart more than most people realize 💔
👉 Intense emotional stress, like heartbreak, grief, or sudden loss, can trigger a real condition often called broken heart syndrome.
❤️🩹 When this happens, your body releases a surge of stress hormones that temporarily overwhelm the heart, causing it to weaken and even change shape.
This can lead to chest pain and shortness of breath, with symptoms that feel very similar to a heart attack...even though the arteries aren’t blocked.
❗The good news is that the heart often recovers within days or weeks
But it’s a powerful reminder that emotional pain doesn’t just affect how you feel, it can physically impact your heart too.
Taking care of your emotional wellbeing is also a key part of protecting your heart 🫶

There's a team in Barcelona that calls customers after their AED saves a life. Not for a review. To listen.
📞 How did it go? What did you need? What happened to the person?
❤️🩹 Sometimes ten minutes, sometimes longer. It depends.
👉 This is Kira's idea of customer service.💚
She works on intuition and knows what she's doing.
She builds teams across six countries.
She says yes before she's worked out the how.
That's how she ended up here almost two years ago, when the founder called and she didn't ask many questions!
🌇 The team in Barcelona reflects what she values: curious people, native speakers from across Europe.
❗Because when it's about life and death, you don't want to be put on hold in a language that isn't yours.
❌ An AED isn't a coffee machine.
Not a printer.
Not a heat pump.
It's the device between life and death.
So no bots.
No menus.
No "wait times are longer than usual."
Nobody gets passed around.
Nobody hangs up before the customer is helped. 💚
❤️🩹 Pulse4all doesn't sell AEDs. It sells the certainty that they work and someone on the other end of the line who actually wants to know how you're doing.
That's customer impact. Not what we sell. What people take with them.

A “Do Not Resuscitate” (DNR) badge is a small but important medical indicator 💡
👉 It can look like a necklace medallion, bracelet, or wallet card and it tells responders that this person has chosen **not to receive CPR or defibrillation ** in the event of a cardiac arrest.
This is a personal, medically recognised decision and it should be respected ❤️
🤔 But what should you do in a real emergency?
If someone collapses and is unconscious and not breathing normally, your instinct is to act fast and that’s correct 🚑⚡
➡️ No visible DNR badge or unsure? Always start CPR and use an AED immediately
➡️ Clearly visible and valid DNR? Do not start CPR or use an AED, call emergency services and stay with the person
Recognising a DNR badge can help you make the right decision when every second counts!
💡 When in doubt, always act to save a life.

🤔 Buy or rent an AED...what’s the difference?
Buying an AED sounds simple but costs don't stop at the purchase!
You’re suddenly responsible for:
🔋 batteries that expire
🩹 pads that need replacing
📅 regular checks
📄 compliance & documentation
⚠️ making sure it actually works when it’s needed
👉That’s why so many AEDs fail, not because people don’t care, but because life gets busy.
With our subscription, we
✅ keep track of batteries & pads
✅ make sure everything is up to date
✅ handle replacements when needed
✅ help you stay compliant
✅ make sure your AED is always rescue‑ready
So you don’t have to be an AED expert, you just have to know it’s there and that it works.
⚡ an AED only saves lives if it’s ready to be deployed!

Having an AED should feel easy and not like another thing on your never‑ending to‑do list!
Our goal is to take that responsibility off your shoulders, so having a defib really is a breeze.
Always ready, always maintained, always one less thing to worry about.
Thank you for trusting us.❤️🩹

🚨 AEDs save lives even during pregnancy 🤰
Don’t be afraid to deploy an AED if someone is pregnant.
If cardiac arrest happens, an AED is critical for both the parent and the baby!
✅ The shock is safe for the baby
✅ The European Resuscitation Council recommends:
👉Perform CPR exactly as you would for any adult
👉Deploy a standard adult AED
👉If the pregnancy is 20 weeks or more, gently tilt the abdomen to the left to improve blood flow to the heart
💡 Don’t hesitate, an AED can save two lives at once!

Meet Joshua, our Automation Specialist 👋
Joshua works on automation at Pulse4all, focusing on improving systems and how things run behind the scenes ⚙️
💚The camaraderie is what he likes most about working with us.
“It’s a small team where everyone gets real responsibility and trust, and that’s a big part of why I’m learning so much.”
👉That also means being pushed out of his comfort zone:
“I’m regularly asked to figure things out that I haven’t done before, and I get the space to actually do it.”
❤️🩹The mission is a big part of it too:
“Making sure a working defib is within reach when someone needs it, that’s a good way to spend your time.”
He joined Pulse4all at a moment when he was ready for something new:
“When the role came up, it lined up exactly with what I was looking for: a small team, real ownership, a mission worth getting behind. I’m glad I went for it.”
What matters most to him in his work is trust and autonomy, learning by doing, and working on something that actually matters!

Did you know that a Netflix subscription can easily go beyond €30 per month? 🤔📺
Think of a family account: a premium plan, plus one or two students living away from home who still use it. Small add‑ons here and there and suddenly it becomes a fairly significant monthly expense... all for entertainment.
For around that same amount, it’s possible to have an AED at home, including full maintenance and support, with no unexpected costs and the reassurance that it’s ready if something happens ❤️⚡
This isn’t about Netflix but about perspective...
Small, everyday expenses add up quietly over time. And while many of them are convenient or enjoyable, they don’t always bring lasting value. Sometimes, it’s worth pausing and asking what we’re really investing in.
