On Tuesday, October 9, KU Leuven & UCLL are hosting various free workshops across Leuven to raise awareness around mental health and resilience.

I’ll be there with a Somatic Movement session from 12:30 to 13:30, offering a space to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with yourself. 🧘‍♀️✨
