Many of the people we call leaders or elders lack the mental competence, emotional stability, and intelligence required to lead.
They are elevated not because of wisdom or integrity, but because of wealth and influence. Money becomes mistaken for merit, and power for leadership.

If some of these individuals were stripped of their wealth and status, society would not praise them, it would likely institutionalize them. Yet their followers fail to recognize this dysfunction, blinded by privilege, fear, and influence.

In 2026, I urge you to pause and observe closely those you call your leaders.
Ask yourself honestly:
Is this how a leader should think?
Is this how a leader should speak?
Is this how a leader should behave?

True leadership is not measured by riches or control, but by wisdom, accountability, and service to others.
