MAN ATTRACTS WHAT HE IS
As it has been repeated often, man attracts what he is

And man is his belief system.

Man is his mindset

Man is his state of consciousness

What does this mean?

A man is made up of his beliefs and what he believes to be true of himself in relation to the world he is in

It means that whatever a man does is performed in the union of the subconscious and the CONSCIOUS in that while the conscious selects and chooses, the unconscious or subconscious, accepts.

This is why habits and addictions are a thing

They came from subconscious attachment which was first done consciously, it was done from choice.

BUT after a period of time, through continuous participation, led to it being more like something necessary than something selective.

Now welcome to The Middle Period...

aka “The Universe Loading Screen”

aka “Please don’t press any buttons or you’ll restart the whole thing.”

Let’s begin.

STEP 1: YOU PLANTED THE SEED. NOW STOP DIGGING IT UP LIKE A FREAKED-OUT SQUIRREL.

You imagined the end?

Perfect.

Now don’t:

poke it

doubt it

stare at it

ask it “hellooo are you growing?”

check SP’s Instagram 46 times per hour like a CIA agent

Your manifestation is not a potato in a garden.

It grows underground.

Relax.

STEP 2: PRETEND YOU ALREADY HAVE WHAT YOU WANT (YES, LIKE DELUSIONAL ROYALTY)

Walk around like:

“Of course SP is obsessed with me. Look at me.

If I was them, I’d be obsessed with me too.”

This is the vibe

STEP 3: NO CONTACT? SEPARATION? 3P? ALL PART OF THE DRAMA.

YOU… ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER.

Your life right now is basically a Netflix show:

Episode 3: Separation

Episode 4: No Contact

Episode 5: 3P appears like an unwanted ad

Don’t worry.

You have plot armor.

The writers are on YOUR side.

STEP 4: ASSUME SP IS THINKING ABOUT YOU CONSTANTLY

Even if SP hasn’t texted.

Even if they’re with a 3P.

Even if they’re acting like the CEO of Silence.

Just assume:

“They’re thinking about me right now.

Probably missing me.

Probably stalking my old photos.

Probably regretting every life decision.”

Confidence = manifestation fuel.

STEP 5: WHEN YOU GET TRIGGERED… DON’T PANIC.

Your mind:

“SP hasn’t texted. It’s over. They’re married. They moved to France. They—”

STOP.

Breathe.

And say:

“I’m the chosen one.

Relax, brain.”

Return to delusion but make it law of assumption.

STEP 6: SELF-CONCEPT IS YOUR SUPERPOWER

Walk around like:

“I AM the prize.

I AM the upgrade.

I AM the final boss level.”

3P?

Never heard of her.

She’s basically the tutorial character — cute, but irrelevant.

STEP 7: LET THE UNIVERSE DO ITS JOB

Your job:

Act like you already got the desire.

Universe’s job:

Living from the end is often misunderstood as pretending. It’s not.
Neville Goddard taught that “living in the end” means fully assuming the identity of the version of you who already has what you desire. It is an internal shift of being, not an external performance.

1. It’s not imagination as fantasy, but imagination as creation.
You step into the state where your imagined end result becomes the cause of your physical reality.

2. It’s a neurological and emotional shift.
When you assume the state of your future self, your nervous system, emotions, and subconscious begin to match that identity. You’re not acting; you are installing a new self-concept.

3. You stop chasing and start being.
Trying implies separation. Living from the end means embodying the version of yourself who already possesses the result, whether it’s love, abundance, healing, or success.

4. You enter a state of quiet confidence.
The deeper sign of living from the end is certainty. You no longer check for signs or question timing. You simply know it is done.

5. Identity becomes the magnet.
Reality reflects who you believe you are. When you change your inner state, the outer world must adjust to match it.

6. Life reorganizes around your new identity.
Neville called this the “bridge of incidents.” When you live from the end, events, opportunities, and intuitive nudges align with your assumed state without force or effort.

In essence, living from the end is the inner completion of your desire. It is embodying the truth of the version of you who already exists—and allowing the physical world to catch up.

STOP LISTENING TO THE ONES THAT SAY PERSIST EVEN WHEN THE EVIDENCE IS ABSENT.

Manifesting for All Ages

Step 1: Know Where You Are
You can’t go somewhere new if you don’t know where you’re starting.
Before you reach for the next reality, take full inventory of your current one.
Awareness is the GPS of manifestation.



Step 2: Focus on the Experience, Not the Object
Don’t chase the thing — chase the feeling of living with it.
Instead of “I want a car,” think “I love the feeling of driving, the wind, the movement.”
Objects fade. Experiences last.



Step 3: Discover Why You Don’t Have It (Yet)
Ask: “What belief keeps me from this?”
You’ll always find a belief hiding behind your limitations.
When you see it clearly, you can release it.
Then ask: “If I already had this, what would I believe about myself?”



Step 4: Realize You’re Always Manifesting
You’re never not creating — only unaware of it.
Every thought, every emotion, every assumption writes the next frame of your life.
The world mirrors what you believe to be true.
So pay attention — your attention is your investment.



Step 5: Understand the Infinite Frames of Reality
Reality is like a movie made of infinite frames.
Each frame is a possible version of existence.
You move between them not by walking, but by believing.
Your consciousness jumps theaters the moment you decide:
“I am this now.”



Step 6: Pick Your Movie and Stay in It
Choose the story you want to experience.
Feel it, believe it, think it into being.
You don’t need constant effort — just consistency of vibration.

Belief + Emotion + Thought = Manifested Reality.

If belief is missing, the frame doesn’t stabilize.
If emotion is absent, the image has no energy.
When all three align, the universe responds instantly.
