Eating certain foods while limiting others can help people with diabetes manage their blood sugar levels.
A diet rich in vegetables, fruits, and healthful proteins can have significant benefits for such people.
We have found the following food types to be great for this;
🍋 Fruit: any and all fresh fruit
🥬 Vegetables: any and all fresh vegetables
🐟 Fish: fresh, salmon, mackerel
🥩Lean red meat, chicken without the skin.
Legumes: dried such as kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils
🥚Eggs: preferably organic
Olive oil (preferably extra virgin), coconut oil (unprocessed)
🥜Nuts: raw unsalted almonds, walnuts, and cashews
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water too to keep yourself hydrated.
Type 2 Diabetes is not a death sentence and can be managed using holistic and natural methods.
