How I Balance Night Shifts and Sewing Patterns

People ask me all the time: "How do you do it? Nursing is hard enough—how do you run a fashion business too?"

Truthfully? Some days I don’t have the answer. I just follow my why.

I wake up at 6 AM before an afternoon shift to finish sewing an order. I answer customer inquiries during my lunch breaks. I source fabrics on my days off instead of sleeping in.
But I wouldn’t trade this beautiful chaos for anything.

Because in both worlds, I serve people. One world brings healing to the body; the other brings beauty to the soul. And that’s a balance I’m proud of.
